INITIALLY
The project was taken over from the execution phase being in a new block of studios. It was known from the beginning that this studio would be rented. So, it was wanted a modern but welcoming style.
OUR SOLUTION
We chose a mixture of neutral shades with strong accents of emerald green and wood suitable for any type of customer.
The storage space was designed in the hall area, leaving a more generous and airy living area. Due to the fact that the space allowed us to choose a generous sofa bed it became both the day area and the night area. The only solution to integrate the dining area was to get rid of a wall to mix the living area with the kitchen integrating this place in the middle.
The home has acquired a uniform appearance due to the finishes that offer the welcoming air of a home.
