INITIALLY
We took over the project when the house was under construction which made the work easier in terms of electrical and plumbing, but also for changes of the walls and ceilings.
OUR SOLUTION
The passion for details can be observed in the use of geometric shapes in shades of black that lead to a bold modern industrial style. These finishes are highlighted by LED strip games that have eliminated 70% of the usual lighting fixtures. Although it is the home of a family, a bold style was wanted. So, when entering the house, the game of lights and textures creates an environment with a continuous rhythm with an industrial conception.
Although the colors and materials give the house an imposing air, there are still details that make this the right home for this family. So, we opted for a fireplace on bioethanol, eliminating the inconveniences of a traditional fireplace.
For the bathrooms we used mixed finishes (marble and ceramic tiles with an industrial look), the dining area is limited to a mobile island in the kitchen. For the living room the owners wanted it to become a relaxation area, replacing the dining space. All 3 bedrooms are arranged in the same style, even for the child, according to the preferences of the client who wanted an uniform arrangement.
The colors, the association with the wood and the imposing finishes make this house apparently sober, but perfect for our client.
